264-foot, 15-story Modernist residential building completed in 2020. Designed by SRA Architecture & Engineering, it is clad in dark-red brick on the bottom half, with grey concrete on the top. The main entrance is on West 100th Street, with glass double-doors. The upper floors have eight bays of square openings with double-windows, with a setback above the 8th floor. The east facade on the avenue has two metal-and-glass storefronts at the ground floor, and four bays of double-windows on the upper floors. The windows all have brick lintels and thin, white metal framing.

The top floors above the setback are surrounded by terrace space, and are faced in grey, cast-in-place concrete with visible floor plates. The narrow east and west facades have one bay of double-windows, toward the north end. The north facade has two matching window bays at its east end. To the west there is a projecting brick section with four window bays, setting back above the 13th floor, with the top two floors fully faced in concrete. A metal-and-glass railing tops the setback.

The building contains 36 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Sunshine Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, and The Learning Experience.
