396-foot, 38-story modernist residential building completed in 2007 for Extell Development. Designed by Cook + Fox Architects with Cetra/Ruddy, it is clad in silver-blue glass and dark-red terra-cotta. The glass curtain wall covers most of the tower's facades, highlighted by red "piping" accents. The entrance is recessed at the north end of the ground floor, with a revolving glass door and traditional glass door below a panel of polished black granite and a projecting, metal-and-glass canopy. A commercial storefront to the south has glass double-doors at its south end, has a band of steel louvers across the top, an is framed by red terra-cotta. The terra-cotta pier at the north end of the ground floor extends up to the top of the 7th floor, where a horizontal terra-cotta band then caps the lower section of the tower. Above the entrance and across the full 7th floor, the glass curtain wall angles back slightly to the north, where it is recessed just a bit from the north pier. The rest of the facade at the 2nd-6th floors is not angled, and has a band of terra-cotta topping each floor.
There is a setback above the 7th floor, and additional setbacks on the west facade above the 15th, 20th, 26th, 32nd, and 35th floors. Near the middle of the tower is a mechanical floor with two bands of black metal vents. The south facade has continuations of the terra-cotta bands at the lower section, extending about a quarter of the way back; closer to the middle, the vertical bands extend up the facade. The western one makes a 90-degree turn at the 8th floor and extends to the west facade, capping the 8th floor where the glass is slightly recessed below it. The middle vertical band makes a matching turn to the west at the 16th floor, also capping the slightly-recessed 15th floor on the south facade. The same pattern is followed by the third vertical band at the 21st floor. The east side of the south facade has grey metal horizontal banding on every floor. The band above the 15th floor is red terra-cotta instead, and makes a 90-degree turn to the vertical near the middle of the facade, ascending to the 27th floor, where it the continues horizontally, wrapping around the west facade in the same manner as the other setbacks. Another terra-cotta band at the east end of the south facade above the 19th floor follows the same pattern, ascending vertically next to the shorter metal bands along the east end of the south facade, and then horizontally capping the 33rd floor. At the final setback, the ends of the west facade also set back, narrowing the west side of the tower.
The north facade matches the south facade. The east facade rises without setbacks to the roof line, with horizontal accents of red terra-cotta above the 8th, 16th, and 20th floors, and black vents at the mechanical floors at the 21st & 22nd floors. All the other floors on this facade are divided by black metal spandrels.
The building contains 64 condominium units. The ground-floor commercial space is occupied by Northwell Health/GoHealth Urgent Care.
