The main entrance is centered on the west facade, with a metal-framed glass door in a glass surround, and a plate-glass window to the right. The entry area, along with a square double-window farther to the right, are covered by a white metal canopy. Above, the upper floors have three bays of square double-windows in aluminum framing. To the south are two bands of four windows, both paired with glass doors opening onto a wide, metal-edged concrete balcony with glass-and-metal railings that spans both bays. At the ground floor the second bay has a double-window and a single-window instead. The south end of the facade has two more double-window bays. To the north the west facade has two 4-window bays with glass door, also fronted by a wide balcony, followed by a double-window bay, another 4-window plus glass door bay with balconies, and a north end bay of double-windows.

The east facade is almost symmetrical, with a chimney at the center, flanked by a single-window, two double-windows, two bays of balconies, and double-window end bays. There is an extra double-window at the south end. The north and south facades have two bays of double-windows in the middle, and single-window end bays. At the ground floor of the south facade, both west bays have double-windows, and the east side has two metal service doors.

The building contains 140 apartment units.
