188-foot, 16-story modernist residential building completed in 1962. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, it is the northernmost in a complex of three brick towers completed together as part of the large development known as Park West Village. All three are slab towers clad in pale-red brick, oriented north-south.

The main entrance is at the center of the west facade, with glass double-doors below a canopy. The west facade has two center bays of triple-windows, followed on either side by a double-window, another triple-window, and a triple-window joined with a glass door opening onto a projecting concrete balcony with horizontal metal railings. There are also single-windows at the outer end of the balconies, where the facade projects out to enclose the balconies. The ends of the facade have a double-window, a triple-window, and wider tripartite end bay.

The narrower north and south facades have three double-window bays in the middle, with recessed end bays that have more balconies, fronting two single-windows and a door. The east facade is similar to the west side except at the center, where it is recessed, with a double-window and a single-window at each side. A metal band caps the roof line all the way around the building.

The building contains 287 apartment units.
