8-story residential building completed in 1907. Designed by Lawlor & Haase, it is clad in white brick with limestone trim above a 2-story, light-grey-painted, rusticated limestone base. A set of four low brick steps leads to the centered entrance, with a metal-framed glass door, sidelight, and transom covered by a metal-and-glass canopy. The doorway is framed by thin, fluted pilasters, and slender brackets at the top carry a modillioned cornice. Pairs of wide, 2-story, fluted pilasters frame a single-window on either side; the pilasters carry a broad entablature across the center of the 2nd floor, with alternating triglyphs and roundels, surmounted by a cornice. The outer bays have paired windows. Basement areaways on either side of the steps are enclosed by iron fencing.

The upper floors have four single-windows in the middle, and paired windows in the end bays, which are framed by stone quoins. The windows have bracketed stone sills and splayed lintels with keystones. The 8th floor is set off by a band course with a foliate pattern and an egg-and-dart molding. The original roof cornice has been removed, leaving a plain brick parapet with a stone coping.
