5-story residential building completed in 1895. It is clad in beige brick above a cream-colored limestone ground floor. The centered entrance is atop a low, 3-step stoop. A basement areaway to the right, as well as the space to the left, are enclosed by iron fencing. The entrance has a glass-and-wood door and sidelight flanked by pilasters with panels of carved ornament with vines in a helix pattern. A similarly-carved band cornice extends to either side, interrupted by a narrow double-window on either side that has a drip molding. Above the cornice, the pilasters are topped by scrolled acanthus-leaf brackets carrying an entablature with swirling foliate ornament, and the ground floor is capped by a cornice.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows between projecting brick piers with stone banding. The windows have simple stone sills and lintels, and the piers have short, stylized capitals at the top of the 4th floor, where a band course crosses the facade. The piers continue on the 5th floor, with simpler capitals near the tops of the windows, which have drip moldings. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a brick parapet with a stone coping, stepped up in the center and at the ends.
