6-story mid-century modern cooperative-apartment building completed in 1964. Designed by Joseph Schafran, it is clad in glazed white brick. The entrance is centered, with a glass-and-metal door in a brown granite surround, below a rounded, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. Above, the center bay has single-windows. The outer bays have triple-windows. The roof line is marked by a simple metal coping, stepped up in the center. The building contains 25 apartment.
