332-foot, 30-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1971. Designed by Liebman & Liebman Architects, it was built with a large outdoor plaza area, but this was replaced by a 1-story, glass-enclosed retail addition with an angular, undulating roof and terrace in 2019, which was designed by Beyer Blinder Belle. The landscaped terrace space on the roof includes a children’s playground and other amenities. The re-positioned lobby entrance is at the east end of the north facade of the expansion, with a revolving glass door. The roof just upward at each the corners, and is topped by a glass railing. At the east end on the south side, on 92nd Street, is a ramp down to the underground parking garage.

The rectangular tower, set back from the base, is clad in buff-colored brick. The west and east facades have two bays of paired double-windows in the middle, followed to the outside by a recessed bay with French doors opening onto projecting concrete balconies with metal railings, and then a stand-alone double-window bay. There are no openings at the north and south ends of these facades. The north and south facades have a center bay of recessed French doors and projecting balconies, flanked by double-windows, with another bay of double-windows at the ends. The tower is capped on all four sides by a projecting concrete cornice.

The building contains 203 apartment units. The commercial storefronts along the avenue in the base are occupied by Orange Theory Fitness, Cleanlab Cleaners, Picky Barista coffee shop, Small Door Veterinary. and Morningside Daycare.
