Currently owned by Noel Frye of Windsor, Ontario (who also owns Southwestern Sales there).
Former site of Revere Copper and Brass (until it shut down in 1984 and was torn down in 1989), currently a dumping ground for excess material.

The site sparked major controversy when part of it collapsed into the river following heavy rains in the early pre-dawn hours of November 26th, 2019, spilling potentially radioactive sediments into the water supplies for both Detroit and Windsor. The radioactive sediments date to the days of Revere Copper building centrifuges for the Manhattan Project on the site.
