420-foot, 39-story modernist hotel completed in 2021. Designed by Stonehill & Taylor, the facade is set far back from the sidewalk and clad in silvery glass, with slightly darker vertical panels running up the facade and dividing the windows into seven bays. The edges of the north and south facades are framed by black metal panels. A double-height ground floor extends in front of the tower, with round columns lining the perimeter; in between is floor-to-ceiling glass, above which is a mechanical area with black metal grilles and opaque panels.

The eastern and western walls are wrapped in a dark gray finish made up of individual rectangular tiles arranged in a brick pattern with breaks in the uniform surface every few floors.

The hotel contains 360 guest rooms. Besides the lobby the ground floor is occupied by Lulla restaurant.
