Designed c. 1902 in the Georgian Revival style by Charles Van Vleck for his father, Joseph Van Vleck. The property was turned into an inn in 1940, and was later renovated in 2018 by Bobbi Brown and Steven Plofker. It is now adaptively reused as The George Hotel.
