Honeywell Corporate Complex, formerly the location of the country estate "Cedar Court". Estate was originally laid out for Abraham O. Wolff, who built two large Spanish-style homes for his two daughters, one of whom married financier Otto H. Kahn. After one home burned in 1905, Kahn took over the entire property and greatly expanded the surviving home to over fifty rooms. The estate included six cottages, stable and farm buildings, dairy, greenhouse, squash court, two tennis courts, and golf course, with landscaping by Brinley & Holbrook.

Kahn sold Cedar Court in 1920 to a syndicate that used the property as a medical research and treatment center for diabetes. It was purchased in 1942 by Allied Chemical, and a laboratory was completed on the site of the razed hilltop mansion by 1948. More labs were added in 1954, and an office building was completed in 1962. Allied Signal merged with Honeywell in 1999.
