5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1887. Designed by William B. Tuthill, it is clad in red brick. The ground floor has the residential entrance at the south end, with a glass door and transom framed by green iron pilasters. There is a glass-and-metal storefront to the right, with another green pilaster at the north end. A white metal band caps the ground floor.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows, slightly recessed between the outer piers. They have brownstone sills and lintels at the 2nd & 3rd floors, and are round-arched at the 4th floor. A pair of string courses with a brickwork checkerboard pattern in between sets off the top floor, where the end piers have pairs of vertical grooves, and all four piers are topped by rough-faced brownstone capitals. A dark-green metal fire escape with basket-style landings runs down the middle of the facade, which is crowned by a brick roof parapet with panels and dentils, surmounted by a green metal cornice. The south facade is a blank brick wall.
