5-story early-modern residential building originally completed as three separate, narrow row houses in 1898. In 1960, they were combined into one apartment building and given a new facade of white brick. At the center of the ground floor, a double-window is paired with the entrance, which has metal-framed glass double-doors and a transom in a polished grey granite surround. The end bays has triple-windows with black metal framing. At the east end is a sideways staircase behind an iron railing, leading down to a basement entrance with a grey metal door.

The upper floors also have triple-windows in the end bays, and another bay of triple-windows in the center of each floor. Air-conditioning vents are located below each window bay. Spanning across all three bays on each floor is a metal fire escape with wide landing; black sheet metal panels enclose each landing. The facade is capped by a simple metal coping.
