150-foot, 12-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1910. Designed by Frederick C. Browne, it is clad in limestone, iron, and brick. The 3-story base has lightly rusticated stone, with tall grey granite plinths anchoring the piers framing the end bays. The ground floor has the main entrance in the east bay, with a glass-and-metal door and sidelight, and the west bay has a freight entrance with metal double-doors, both with a metal panel above. The wide middle bays has a storefront of horizontal wooden panels with a glass double-door near the center, a small circular window to the left, and a very small circular window at the right end. The 2nd floor has a wide 5-window band in the center bay with black iron mullions. The end bays have single-windows in stone surrounds, with decorative stone sills below.
The 3rd floor is transitional, with a stone band course below and another above that has a wave motif along the bottom edge, partially interrupted by the keystones of the seven single-windows (five in the middle, and one in both end bays). The windows are recessed into the facade.
The upper floors are brick, with a similar arrangement of windows. The three middle windows are narrower than the outer ones. The end bays all have large stone lintels, and the 5th floor has a projecting stone sill at the middle bay, carried on block modillions. The middle windows at the 5th-9th floors are set in black iron framing, with paneled pilasters between the windows and paneled spandrels between floors.
The top three floors are clad in stone and set off by a stone cornice, partially painted black and supported on four brackets, with a panel on the underside in the center that is flanked by floral ornament. The 10th floor has a triple-window in the middle, and a shield on each of the piers framing the other four bays. The top two floors have triple-windows in the middle that have black metal framing, and the single-window to either side is framed by a pair of fluted 2-story Doric columns. The end bays have stone surrounds, and projecting lintels at the 11th floor, with brackets and dentils. The facade is crowned by a black-painted, modillioned stone roof cornice.
The side elevations are clad in red brick, with white stone quoins at the front edge, and the east facade has two bays of single-windows in the middle (with another bay on the higher floors bricked-in). The ground floor is occupied by My Pets Wellness - Chelsea.
