  Myer's Meadow is a fairly priced area in Southlake, TX. There is nothing wrong with it and actually it is quite nice. However, the gazillion dollar homes on the South side of town (Byron Nelson Country Club) skew the median in Southlake such that Myer's Meadow appear to be the "cheap" part of town, which it is, but only because Southlake has a median home price that approaches half a million dollars. Hence the nickname "Myer's Ghetto." At the end of the day this is a nice family are with very little crime and lots to offer- despite what the snooty gazillionaires up the road might think.
