Lamin, the particular name of this place, is under the present administrative system of government of Barangay Bayog of Tagoloan, Lanao del Sur and is under the authority and jurisdiction of the Sultanate of Dimakiling. Mount Dimakiling in Bitaog of Talakag Bukidnon is the landmark of the territorial jurisdiction of the Sultanate of Dimakiling. The heirs of Alamada is the legitimate bearer of the Sultan of Dimakiling.

Sultanate of Dimakiling is among the Four Great Royal House of Tagoloan. The Four Great Royal House is the supreme having an exclusive power and authority to enthroned the chosen Sultan of Tagoloan. Late Datu Alamada to be the enthroned first Sultan of Dimakiling, but unfortunately he was sicked for few days and died. He was married to Talina (one of the six clan of Bayog, the children of Datu Maricor).

Lamin, is a maranao term, a solemn place exclusively for a maiden princess.

This land (ancestral land) is belonged to the heirs of Alamada, since time immemorial, represented by the late, Punguina-guina Minoy Talina Alamada, a member of the USAFE. He was the first former Teniente del Barrio of Bayog in 1950s under the undivided Lanao province and also appointed Teniente del Barrio of Dagumba-an, Talakag, Bukidnon in the 1960's succeeded by Datu Gumaga Dima.
