207-foot, 18-story postmodern residential building completed in 1987. Designed by Liebman & Liebman Architects, it is clad in dark grey metal and glass between light-brown brick piers, above a 2-story pink-brown granite base. The central entrance has glass double-doors with a window to either side, framed in bronze and covered by a bronze marquee with a peaked, green canvas top extending out over the sidewalk. Above the marquee a large plate-glass window extends up through the 2nd floor. To either side, the base has two bays of tripartite windows with black metal air-conditioning vents below them. At the ground floor, the east end bay has a commercial entrance with bronze-framed glass double-doors; this space is occupied by Lenox Hill Radiology & Medical Imaging. At the top of the base, the double band course that caps it dips down in the center to form parallel "V"s.

The upper floors have four bays of tripartite windows in the middle, with black metal grilles forming the spandrels. Uninterrupted brick piers run to a shallow setback above the 16th floor. The end bays are recessed, with glass French doors, and have concrete balconies with metal railings flush with the rest of the facade. The 17th floor has four bays of tripartite windows. The penthouse level at the 18th floor is also set-back, with a ribbon band of windows on both ends. The middle of the roof has a tall mechanical penthouse and water tower enclosure, clad in brick.

The rear facade facing south is also brick, metal, and glass, with recessed balconies at the end bays like the north facade. In addition, there are projecting balconies at the middle two bays. The building contains 93 condominium units.
