6-story Romanesque residential building completed in 1900. It is clad in limestone, rusticated at the ground floor. A short stoop leads up to the entrance, with three iron handrails. On either side are sloping stone sidewalls that curve around to the front and shield basement areaways. These low walls are painted light-blue and have black stone tops. The entrance has a glass door, sidelights, and fanlight set in a round-arch with an inner bead molding, a larger, outer egg-and-dart moldings, and a keystone. It is flanked by two round columns with Ionic capitals, resting on square plinths; directly to the right is a very narrow window with a third column to its right. The window is topped by a stone shell design, and the western column rests on a foliate-carved bracket. Together the three columns support an entablature with patterned Renaissance ornament, topped by a cornice.
The outer bays of the facade are rounded and projecting, each with two windows per floor set at angles in the curved surface. There are carved stone spandrel panels below the 1st-floor windows, and paneled pilasters framing the windows at the 2nd floor, with stylized capitals. The two bays in the center, between the projecting round bays also have matching pilasters, and cornices crown each window. A simple band course caps the 2nd floor.
The 3rd floor has triangular pediments above the center-bay windows, and the 4th has rounded pediments, both filled with shell designs. The projecting outer bays have band courses across the top of both floors with elaborate Renaissance ornament. Simple bands cap the 5th floor, where the middle bays have small cornices. The top floor is lightly rusticated, and the facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice that curves around the projecting outer bays. It is lined with brackets and dentils.
