5-story residential building completed in 1882. The 6-bay facade's upper floors have been covered over in grey stucco, and the ground floor was remodeled in 1959 to beige brick. The entrance is in the third bay from the east, down several steps from the sidewalk, with a glass-and-metal door. To the left is a double-window and a single-window, and to the right are two double-windows flanking a single-window.

This pattern is repeated on the upper floors, with another single-window in the bay above the entrance. On the 2nd floor the windows are larger, and the single- and double-windows are close to the same size. Paneled pilasters frame the single-windows on this floor, with a cornice running across the top, with dentils at each single-window bay. The windows on the 3rd & 4th floors have hooded lintels and cornices, and are framed by keys. The west end bay and the 2nd bay from the east have more prominent surrounds at the 4th floor, with small stone balconies and iron railings carried on trios of brackets. The top floor is set off by a thin sill course. The roof cornice has been removed.
