2-story/3-story commercial building originally completed as three separate structures around 1900. They were completely renovated and joined with a unified facade in conjunction with the construction of residential tower to the south in 2013. The new facade is clad in white-painted cast-stone with lightly banded piers at the ground floor, above a low, grey granite water table. A band course at the top of the ground floor is painted grey.

The northern half is two stories tall. At its ground floor it has a wide stainless-steel-and-glass storefront bay with a glass door at the center; to the south is a very narrow storefront window and a medium-width storefront bay. The 2nd floor has four single-windows and a wide double-window at the south end, with molded surrounds (retained from the original design). The roof line is marked by a cream-colored stone cornice with dentils and a frieze with a row of rosettes alternating with vertical lines, also preserved from the original design. The north facade of this section, on 78th Street, has a narrow storefront window at the west end of the ground floor. The east end has a freight entrance with a roll-down metal gate, and a metal service door. The 2nd floor has four single-windows, and the roof cornice continues on this facade.

The south section of the facade along Broadway has two more wide storefront bays matching the northern one, except that the southernmost bay has two sets of stainless-steel-and-glass doors. Above are two short floors with wide bands of three windows. The roof line matches the 2-story northern section at the first of these (where it is topped by a metal railing), while the south bay is somewhat taller. The entire building is occupied by a Marshalls clothing store.
