5-story Renaissance-revival townhouse completed in 1898. Designed by Schickel & Ditmars for Herman Goldman, it is the only house on this street that was not built as part of a row. The facade is clad in limestone, rusticated at the lower two floors. The central entrance at the ground floor has glass-and-wood double-doors in a simple molding with a small cartouche at the top. There are service entrances with black doors on either side.

The 2nd floor has a very shallow Juliet balcony with wrought-iron railings. Behind it are three bays of narrow double-windows with upper transom panes in grey metal framing; each has a splayed lintel with a scrolled keystone. Between these are two console brackets carrying a central, projecting 3-window bay with angled sides at the 3rd floor. The pilasters between the windows are subtly concave, and have Ionic capitals; there are low wrought-iron railings across the window bases. This bay and the three single-windows at the 4th floor have a common eared enframement, crowned by an elegant cartouche. A cornice caps the projecting 2nd-story bay, with a wrought-iron railing on top. Above the 4th-story cartouche is a cornice with an egg-and-dart molding. The top floor has three smaller single-windows, also with low wrought-iron railings. The facade is crowned by a grey metal roof cornice with brackets spaced with square panels.
