545-foot, 46-story modernist residential building completed in 2024. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects, it is the smaller of two neighboring towers in the same complex, with the taller one wrapping around it in an L-shape. It is clad in a silvery glass curtain wall with the tower rising from a 4-story podium base, which is organized into four bays. There are entrances with revolving doors and traditional glass doors in two of these bays, and an entrance to the underground parking garage in the west end bay. The five middle bays are covered by a glass-and-metal canopy. The piers between bays and spandrels between floors are of black metal, and there is a glass railing around the terrace on top of the base.

The main tower consists of two glass slabs, the rear one taller. It has a sheer curtain wall, while the shorter front one has black metal spandrels between every other floor. Most notable is a vertically-oriented rectangular cutout in the middle of the northern elevation, spanning over five floors tall. This gesture contains an outdoor terrace that overlooks the High Line and Hudson Yards. The design culminates in a sleek crown with a flat roof parapet, while the top of the shorter slab has a glass railing around another terrace.

The building contains 260 apartment units.
