5-story Renaissance-revival townhouse completed in 1892. Designed by John C. Burne, it is clad in brownstone. The stoop that originally led to a parlor-floor entrance has been replaced by a ground-level entry on the left, with paneled wood-and-glass double-doors framed by an egg-and-dart molding. The ground floor is lightly rusticated, as is the large planter box wall in front of the facade, which is capped by an egg-and-dart molding.

The 2nd floor (originally the parlor floor) has a band across its base carved with an elaborate pattern of leafy vines. This floor has three bays of single-windows with egg-and-dart moldings, and is topped by another band of carved vines, which crosses the rounded base of the projecting, curved bay at the west side of the 3rd floor. This bay has three windows (the center one wider) separated by pilasters with short, stylized capitals, which is repeated on the 4th floor, where the windows also have egg-and-dart moldings across the tops. The projecting bay is capped by a curved stone cornice. To the left, both the 3rd & 4th floors have single-windows with brackets sills, narrow pilasters fluted at the tops, and pediments with carved Renaissance ornament including faces; the 3rd-floor pediment is rounded, and the 4th floor's is triangular. The top floor has a tripartite window on the right, also flanked by pilasters, each topped by a bracket supporting a stone cornice. The single-window to the left has the same narrow pilasters as below, with a small cornice, and also a rounded, projecting sill. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets alternating with arched niches, and a dentil course along the base.
