5-story Neo-Georgian office building completed in 1965. Designed by Fred L. Liebman, it is clad in orange brick with white stone trim. The ground floor has a central entrance, slightly recessed in a white stone alcove, with wooden double-doors and sidelights. On either side is a bay with paired 2-over-5 windows with white wooden sash and white stone panels above.

The upper floors have four bays of windows with white wooden sash and framing. Those on the 2nd floor have paired 2-over-5 panes (as opposed to the smaller 3-over-4 panes on the 3rd & 4th floors), and the bottom panes extend down into a white stone band across the base of the 2nd floor. These windows all have brick lintels.

The 5th floor is an attic level set above a white stone cornice. It has four peaked dormers, each with a paired 2-over-4 window.
