Hotel constructed in 1996, it was formerly Holiday Inn Express & Suites from 1996 until May 15, 2016. It became Comfort Inn on May 16, 2016. This hotel was fully renovated for more than six months during the name change, the renovation was completed on June 3, 2016.

The new Holiday Inn Express & Suites location is located at 4079 W US-10/31, it was opened in late-May 2016. That hotel was also originally Holiday Inn from around Fall 1973 until around mid 1980's, it has now returned to its original name 43 years later (previously Ramada Inn [twice, c. mid 1980's-July 1996 and late-January 2003-April 11, 2013], Land's Inn [July 1996-late-January 2003], and Baymont Inn [April 12, 2013-January 2016]).
