Produces Alley Cat and Meow Mix cat food brands. This was owned by Ralston Purina originally before they were forced to divest it when it was purchased by Nestlé in 2001. The independent Meow Mix Company continued for a few years until it was purchased by Del Monte Foods in 2006, which became Big Heart Pet Brands after divesting its name and consumer foods business to Del Monte Pacific Limited.
