Hotel constructed between around early 1993 and around mid 1993, it was formerly Days Inn from around mid 1993 until around early 2013 and America's Best Value Inn from around early 2013 until around mid 2017. It became Rodeway Inn around mid 2017.

On May 24, 2015 around 9am, 30 people were kicked out of this hotel (as America's Best Value Inn) for fighting over a waffle maker, two women began arguing about who's turn it was to use that gadget. As a result, the Mason County sheriff's department was called and a number of police arrived at this hotel to break the fight. The property manager ordered all 30 guests who were involved to pack their bags and leave. However, no arrests were made.
