Also known as Curtis Steel Corporation, they appear to control this area, although it's not clear what the delineation is between it and Hawksen Stainless Steel next door. Both of them use the same railroad spur, and the train can't access Hawksen without physically going through the Curtis Steel building. They fabricate flat steel but it's not a steel mill.
