637-foot, 59-story modernist residential building completed in 2023. Designed by FXCollaborative, it is the taller of a two building complex, and is L-shaped, wrapping around the shorter building. The facades are clad in a silver-blue glass curtain wall. The smaller wing of the "L" is shorter as well, only rising about two-thirds the full height of the tower. The facades are organized into large, square, 2-story bays by a pre-cast concrete grid, painted white and dark-grey. The mass of the tower is formed by interlocking rectangular volumes, with each having a different color grid.

There is a 5-story base at the north end (with a taller ground floor) organized into three bays at the east end of 30th Street and five wide bays on Eleventh Avenue. The tower is set back behind this base, with light-grey stone framing. At the south end on the avenue, the ground floor is clad in black metal and glass, with the tower in this section having white stone framing, two bays wide, ending at the 37th floor. The main entrance is located here, below a black metal canopy. The ground floor continues the black metal cladding for two bays at the east end on 29th Street, with another section of 5-story base in white stone framing continuing along the rest of 29th Street to the west. Here the ground floor has a number of loading docks and also entrance/exits to the underground parking garage. The base extends west for several bays past the end of the tower section above.

The building contains 990 apartment units. Much of the ground floor is occupied by Heavenly Food Market.
