An ancient and medieval castle in County Antrim, visited by Saint Patrick, used by Irish and Dal Riata royalty, and sacked by the Vikings. The castle was destroyed by General Munro in 1642 and apart from some of the earthworks, only the ruined stone gatehouse remain.
