- Notes: This park includes the most diverse range of developed uses and landscapes of all the Denver Mountain Parks. Recreational facilities include a lake, an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, a warming house for ice skaters, a group picnic shelter, volleyball area, and numerous picnic sites. Several of the primarily stone, Rustic-style buildings and structures within the park were constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps. The CCC was a New Deal program that operated between 1933 and 1942. The program provided work for unmarried, unemployed men who were struggling to find work during the Great Depression.
