200-foot, 18-story modernist office building completed in 1974. Designed by Liebman & Liebman Architects, it is clad in a curtain wall of black steel and dark-tinted glass. The ground floor has black granite piers and metal-and-glass storefronts. The south bay on Broadway is clad in warm beige granite and contains the main entrance, with recessed glass doors, and a bronze service door to the left. The northern storefront bay is slightly recessed, and has stainless-steel piers. The 2nd bay from the west on 68th Street is paneled with vertical metal ribs.

The upper floors have thin metal mullions and spandrels. There is a setback above the 6th floor on both main facades. At the south end of the east facade, above the setback, there is an angled wall of tan brick, somewhat recessed from the curtain wall section to the north. The ground floor is occupied by a TD Bank branch.
