This is an interchange between U.S. Route 58 (Hillsville Bypass) and U.S. Route 221 & Business 58 (West Stuart Drive) in Hillsville, Virginia. Route 58 exits Route 221 as the Hillsville bypass. The interchange is mostly at-grade, although there is a semi-directional left turn flyover carrying U.S. Route 58 over Route 221 and 58 Business. This interchange is the southern terminus of U.S. Route 58 Business in Hillsville. It is also the northern end of the overlap between Routes 58 and 221.

The interchange was completed in 2011 along with the rest of the Hillsville Bypass.
