490-foot, 35-story modernist residential building completed in 2018 for Macklowe Properties with Centurion Real Estate Partners. Designed by Cetra-Ruddy, it is clad in a glass curtain wall with prominent, projecting terraces on the north and west facades. At the 3-story cubic base of the tower, it is clad in square panes of glass. Above this podium, double-height amenity spaces open to a landscaped terrace. The main entrance is through a smaller glass cube at the east end of the north facade, with glass double-doors opening into the white marble lobby.

The upper floors feature deep continuous wraparound white concrete terraces on the north and west elevations with glass railings and round exterior concrete columns that free up interior space and allow floor-to-ceiling walls of glass. The building is topped with a small circular element, and contains 67 condominium units.
