Former space for automotive parts and repair shop Buick Garage (until 1948 [relocated to 201 W Ludington Ave.]), antique/second-hand stores Petrovich's Antiques and Resale Center (mid 1966-c. 1968), Petrovich's Antiques and Junk (c. 1968-1971), bookstores Daul's News (June 16, 1972 [originally located at 605 N Rath Ave.]-1980), and Read-Mor (1980-c. 1999). The current bookstore was opened in 2000.

It's a bookstore combined with a coffee shop! Other than books and coffee, you would find unique gifts that are made in Ludington and other parts of Michigan. You'll also find a few homemade treats near the cash register. This bookstore building was renovated between 2013-2014 when Bob and Carole Kosanovich became the new owners. They've added a pleasant coffee lounge and a conference room to accommodate larger groups. Even second story apartments were constructed on top of this building as well! That construction was completed in May 2014.
