A few miles north of town, the line veers west through the 7,050-foot Bootlegger Tunnel.

The north portal is visible from U.S. 191, the main north-south highway into Moab: www.pbase.com/image/78770717. The south portal is at the head end of Bootlegger Canyon, close to Corona Arch but is not visible to hikers.
