Phillips Auction House (New York City, New York)

432 Park Retail is a standalone retail building built as part of the 432 Park project. The building contains retail and office space in a glowing cube shape. There are 6,600 square feet of retail space across the lower two floors, and office space on the upper floors. The lower two floors are clad in clear glass, and a curtain wall of translucent white glass covers the upper floors. The cube is connected to an additional 20,000 square feet of retail space in the neighboring 432 Park tower via a 30,000-square-foot underground concourse. Directly west of the cube is a marble outdoor plaza with a grove of birch trees, designed by Zion and Breech.

The interior was renovated by studioMDA in 2020 to house the auctioneer Phillips.
