9-story building (along with two adjoining 5-story structures) completed in 1928, occupied by the New York Law School. It has a 2-story rusticated stone base, topped by a band course, with smooth ashlar above. The ground floor has round-arches, with the windows above grouped in pairs. Above a dentiled band course, the top-floor pairs are round-arched and set within larger round-arches. The building is crowned on both facades by a roof cornice.
