INDIAN OLYMPIAD SCHOOL :

Founded by Mr. Suhail Ahmed Khan and Mrs. Nagma Khan, Indian Olympiad School aims at providing an academic base to the student that will help them to not only achieve excellence in their school life, but also help them attain better results in their higher academic studies, to help them achieve their full potential at various extra-curricular activities and to mould them into responsible citizens and good human beings.

We encourage the students to set their own limits and then encourage them to go beyond the same, thus engraving in their minds the reality that the limitations we have are just an illusion created by ourselves that restrict us from achieving far greater heights of success. We have created a very flexible curriculum that adapts itself according to each individual student that helps them to learn at their own pace and stress more on quality studying. Apart from their academic life, IOS inculcates values in the students that help them to grow up into people with a strong character.

In short, the students at IOS are trained to train high achieve the target with their smart as well as hard work and to strive to be leaders in their respective fields who have the ability to bring a revolution in the society with their knowledge, hard work and their human values.

School include the following Departments of Education :

Pre - Primary : Nursery, KG - I & KG - II
Primary : Std. I to IV
Secondary : Std. V to X
Junior College : Std. XI & XII

To teach the Children a dream big; set their limits in the process and help them to go beyond those limits, and engraving in their minds and limits are just an illusion created by us that prevents from achieving greater heights of success.

Each child of IOS should have confidence in his / her ability and to prepared to face the world, to create individuals to achieve the great heights of success by their smart and hard work; to create confident thinkers who can lead us in their respective field, have an ability to bring about a revolution in the society with their knowledge.

ACADEMIC PROGRAM AT IOS :
School Academic Curriculum has been designed keeping in mind the competitive exam that are held after the 12th Std. Special stress is given to attempting perfection in the subjects of Mathematics, Science and English. We believe that every child learns at his / her own pace an if he / she given the right environment it can lead miraculous progress and a failure to do so leads to depression and hatred towards all subjects or even worse, it might lead to boredom for a few students. Keeping this in mind, the director have designed a curriculum where the children are not taught according to their official classes but every child is allotted one of the normal section, Foundation Batches or Star Batch depending upon their grasping power and their level of sincerity . As a result not a single student of even 10 Std. takes any tuition. The foundation Batch is the concept unique to IOS where the students who are lacking in the basics of few subjects are given the opportunity to refine their basics in special classes meant for this very specific purpose. The star batch, as well, is an idea that is being implemented only in this school.

By this concept, the students who wish to complete not only with their own class mates but also with fellow students from all over the world and show caliber and promise, are given fast track coaching in special class room program. The methodology for these classes follows the basic principal that instead of teaching a student, we encourage the student to become a teacher themselves and teach their fellow classmates, attaining perfection in the process. To teach such a mixed corp, the teacher at IOS are elected trough strict process and special attention is given to not only the qualification and content knowledge of the teachers, but also the teaching style and delivery method of the lecture.
