Two and three story industrial buildings constructed in 1907 for Chicago Hosiery and Detroit Alaska Knitting Mills. Designed by architect Richard E. Raseman, they are one of the few original buildings on the south side of Michigan Avenue which were not demolished in 1939 to facilitate the street widening to 120 feet. Purchased by Ford Motor Co. in 2017 to house its vehicle and electric business.
