The Dumbarton Bridge is the southernmost of the highway bridges spanning San Francisco Bay. Carries over 610,000 vehicles per diem. Also, the shortest bridge across San Francisco Bay at 1.6 miles (2.6 Km). East terminus in Fremont, near Newark in the San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge.West terminus in Menlo Park.

Toll is four Dollars (westbound only) FasTrak accepted and encouraged.

  • A movie from the early 1970's, "Harold and Maude" had a couple of scenes on this bridge in its old configuration when it was a two-lane road.
