This is a 3-quadrant, one loop parclo-A interchange between U.S. Route 29 Business (Lynchburg Expressway) and Kemper Street (U.S. Route 221 and U.S. Route 460/501 Business) in Lynchburg. It was rebuilt from an obsolete cloverleaf interchange at the same time the bridge was replaced, which was completed in 2016. This is the northern terminus of U.S. Route 221, which continues south of here to Perry, Florida.
