This building space used to house two-third portions of the sales center NorthShore Villas and Yacht Club from August 23, 2007 until around mid-2009, two-third portions of the fraternal order center Elks Lodge 736 (or The Seven Thirty-Six) from Independence Day, July 4, 2011 (originally located at 129 E Ludington Ave.) until early 2015 (merged with Elks Lodge 250 in Manistee on April 2, 2015 due to declining membership and finances), and beauty salon Beauty Boutique from September 3, 2015 until mid-2017. The current space is now an insurance agent's office, opened on September 2, 2017 at 12pm.
