The oldest industrial halls on this industrial heritage site, built between 1894-96, according to the conceptions and plans of Viennese architects, for the realization of which were used state-of-the-art construction materials such as brick, cement, glass, iron, tin, applying plaster on the walls.
The halls built had iron and concrete structures that allowed the realization of large openings, with metal frame and roofs of holzzement, tile or tin, illuminated by metal windows and skylights.
