Built in 1984 and used to manufacture electronics and defense systems for Westinghouse/Northrop Grumman (F-15 radars, apparently). It was eventually shuttered in the late 1990s, and was bought in 2008 by Lynntech Inc., which moved its headquarters here soon after. The building is also home to Brazos Valley Symphony & Orchestra.
