Al-Hasakah district (Arabic: منطقة الحسكة, Kurdish: Herêma Hesîçe) is an area located in Hasakah Governorate. According to the the administrative divisions of the Syrian Arab Republic, the district It is composed of four subdistricts: Hasakah, Al-Arishah, Al-Hawl and Shaddadi. The administrative centre is Hasakah.
