A 673-foot, 57-floor tower with offices below its condominiums and with ground level upscale shops and a bank. The tower, built in 1983, features four bundled tube structures, each capped by a sloping roof.

This building and the Drake Hotel (east across Michigan Ave.) are the northern pillars of Chicago's Magnificent Mile. This mile of beautiful buildings, upscale hotels like the Drake, fine restaurants and exclusive shops is Chicago's equivalent of and answer to New York City's Park Avenue.
