Completed in 1992, Hillside Hall is a women's residence located near the McDowell Activity Center and to the northeast of Welder Library. It features two-bedroom suites with shared bath facilities. A dedicatory plaque states that Hillside Hall is "gratefully dedicated to the Benedictines of Annunciation Priory for their ministry among us and for granting us the privilege of building here on Gift Hill which Charles 'Chick' Swenson gave them in 1957 to use for the glory of God."
