Former home to All Church Home for Children, originally founded as an orphanage. It moved here in 1936 to the Samuel Burk Burnett mansion, expanded in the 1950s with several small apartment buildings, and eventually growing into the "Summit Campus" as the organization grew. It was renamed to ACH Child and Family Services in 2010, and ultimately sold the campus to developers in 2015. An upscale apartment building is being built at the site.
